2. Communications & Consent (Includes AI Calling + Messaging)
By submitting your information, you agree to receive:
Phone calls
Text messages
Emails
Automated or AI-assisted calls and messages from our assistant (“Bonnie”)
These communications are solely related to your inquiry.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
This consent is part of the service and does not require separate acceptance.
3. Referral Introductions
If you request an introduction, you authorize us to share your information with:
One real estate agent, selected based on your stated needs
One loan officer, only if you explicitly agree to that introduction
We will never share your personal information with multiple agents or any party unrelated to your inquiry.
